The Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC) wants to gradually exploit the potential offered by the digitization of processes. To this end, a joint E-Gov platform is being established within DETEC. The project is being designed, implemented and gradually introduced across all offices under the leadership of the General Secretariat (GS) and together with the FOEN and OFCOM. The E-Gov solution is designed to support business case processing with collaborative and end-to-end end-2-end processes. Users are guided through a workflow-based case and activity management. The target solution includes not only the E-Gov portal, but also the back-office processes in the offices to be implemented with the GEVER federal standard.
We support the overall eGovernment program at the department level in the area of project support (Project Management Office). This includes, among other things, organizing and directing project controlling, providing direct support to project managers, ensuring reporting and project documentation, and change and configuration management in the project.
