Working for Ironforge Consulting AG since 2016, Andreas Javet has worked in various departments and federal offices. In the roles of test engineer, release and test manager, he has worked for GEVER projects (ActaNova) and migration projects or was deployed as a consultant in the operational organization of federal customers. As a career changer, he has been working in IT since the 90s and has acquired a broad IT knowhow in the industry. He is currently completing his training as a business IT specialist HF in order to now also put his knowledge on paper. What makes his personality special is his high social competence and the ability to establish good connections with different characters, which can be an important element in project work. In his free time Andreas Javet practices martial arts (Panantukan, Eskrima, Kali, Filipino Boxing), hikes and likes to ride his bike or take the motorcycle sometimes.

Angela has been working in project and portfolio management since 2016. She gained her experience in public administration (canton) and in passenger transport (public transport). Before her time in the project environment, she worked in the retail sector, where she also completed her basic vocational training. Angela has internalised customer and service orientation since her basic training. Angela focuses on teamwork in order to work together to find the right solutions for her clients. Besides work, Angela enjoys being out in nature, skiing or hiking, depending on the season.

Ariane is an information specialist with a focus on records and information management. She gained her many years of professional experience mainly in the federal administration and as a self-employed consultant. Her strengths include networked and solution-oriented thinking, good organisational skills and empathy.

In her free time, she devotes herself entirely to her family, enjoys reading or playing the cello.

Björn has been working in IT in the Bern area for 20 years. During the last decade he acquired a broad knowledge in administration. He continued his education as a dipl. Wirtschaftsinformatiker HF, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration FH and holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Information Systems Management FH. In the field of project management he holds degrees as Scrum Master, Hermes Advanced and IPMA. Björn has in-depth IT know-how in the area of IT networks and server platforms. He spends his free time with his family, enjoys road cycling and is a passionate runner.

It is in Christian's nature to want to automate existing processes in a wide variety of industries or to make them more digital. At the beginning, he dedicated himself to and led projects in the logistics industry and eventually fell for the possibilities of IT. Over the last 16 years, he has worked in various federal offices in the areas of IT operations, integration and operations management. Most recently, he was head of integration management and completed the EMBA Digital Business at the BFH in 2022. Good cooperation among people is close to his heart and he considers it essential to be successful together. It was therefore not far-fetched for him to train as a systemic coach.

In his free time, he likes to box his way through the punching bag, devote himself to other sports or draw a comic. Last but not least, he likes to spend his free time with friends in the stands wearing the yellow and black jersey.

Christian has a comprehensive and up-to-date technical and business know-how as well as several years of expertise from the private and public sector. As a member of a cross-functional working group, he also knows about the benefits of agile approaches and applies them accordingly. His focus is on digitalization and innovation management, which increases productivity and simultaneously simplifies work for people. In doing so, he always follows the approach of simplicity as the highest form of sophistication. In his free time he does a lot of sports, likes to read, listen to podcasts/audiobooks and enriches his horizon with traveling.

Christofer Lüthi has over 10 years of IT consulting experience. He has been an integral part of the Ironforge family for 3 years. He has in-depth expertise as a business analyst and IT project manager in various industries and public administration. Christofer has continuously developed and educated himself in the field of IT after his diploma as a computer scientist and today he is able to convince and create added value on all project levels with his expertise. He holds CAS certificates in Business Intelligence, Requirements Engineering, Software Architecture and Cloud Computing furthermore he completed his Master in IT Business Analysis in 2016. Christofer is a native German speaker and has solid English and French skills. He enjoys spending his free time with families and friends.

Davide Palermo has over 10 years of IT consulting experience. He has been a member of the Ironforge family since 2016. He has a broad knowledge and has decided expertise as a project manager in IT projects in public administration. Davide discovered his affinity for computer science through his apprenticeship as a typographer and has developed in-depth knowledge in the field of IT and has continued his education accordingly. Through positions such as system engineer, software packager and technology architect, he was able to practically apply the educational content he had acquired parallel to his work. Today he can prove his knowledge with the certificates Web Assisstent; Web Publisher, numerous Microsoft certificates, his diploma in Business Informatics and the diploma as Project Manager HF as well as Hermes Advanced. Davide is bilingual German-Italian and fluent in English and French. In his free time he likes to dedicate himself to his passion of playing the drums and keeps fit with boxing.

Dirk started his IT career as a software developer in an industrial environment. His experience and further education as a Dipl. Wirtschaftsinformatiker and Executive MBA FH Strategisches Management quickly enabled him to lead multinational, distributed teams as a team leader or division manager in the areas of custom and standard software development, testing, academy, IT, campaign management and digital marketing, as well as to manage challenging projects. As a founder, member of the executive board, board of directors and foundation board, he was able to profitably demonstrate his strategic skills in a wide variety of projects. He is also always active in his private life, be it with his family, fitness training, running, biking, playing the guitar or in voluntary work, where he created and successfully implemented an overall concept for an orphanage for a Swiss foundation in Uganda.

After his dissertation and with his experience in IT management, Elmar built a data warehouse for the Swiss unemployment insurance, which was one of the first DWHs to be completely based on internet technologies (from 2001). Under his leadership, from 2009 onwards, the possibility was created for the first time that first internal employees, and later also the public, could evaluate the data in it using mobile apps, a pioneering achievement that was recognised with the MicroStrategy Mobile Award. The DWH was gradually expanded to 17 applications with about 5000 users and is based on the latest technology (e.g. database on MPP, Massive Parallel Processing). Elmar managed WTO tenders and numerous other procurements for services, hardware and software. He now focuses more on issues of strategic alignment of information and data within an organisation, data compliance, modern evaluation architectures and the necessary adaptations of organisations. He spends his free time doing water sports (sailing, swimming, diving), hiking or travelling (favourite destination: Colombia)

After receiving her Federal Certificate of Competence as a commercial employee, Estelle went to Germany to learn German at a language school for a year and then worked for an event agency. She then completed her bachelor's degree in business administration. In the process, she learned about various agile tools and project management methods. She was able to put this acquired knowledge into practice as an IT project coordinator at the federal government and familiarise herself with the IT sector.

In her spare time, Estelle is an avid reader, cook and enjoys travelling from time to time.

Fabian is responsible for controlling and is the contact person for ]init[ in financial matters. He completed his B.Sc. in Business Administration part-time and was able to fill his rucksack with experience in various areas of finance.

In his last job as controller, Fabian was involved in the go-live of SAP S4Hana and the development of reporting. He is looking forward to using this experience to further develop Ironforge's processes.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time in the mountains, on the tennis courts and travelling around the world.

Fabienne has been working in procurement for various sectors such as the machinery industry, food, pharmaceuticals and services since 2009 and has also been responsible for procurement projects in the Federal Administration since 2018. With this wealth of experience, Fabienne actively supports us in the area of business development.

She also enjoys travelling through South America. Coffee aficionados are in the right place with Fabienne - rumour has it that she has good connections to a Caribbean coastal mountain region with excellent growing conditions for the caffeinated bean juice.

Fabienne completed an apprenticeship as a commercial employee with a specialisation in information technology. She then worked for an American PC manufacturer for several years as an employee in billing and contract management and later as a team leader. As a service manager, she ensured the required quality of service provision for the cantonal administration. She is happy to contribute her knowledge to Ironforge and to help support various processes in the back office.

In her private life, Fabienne spends a lot of time with her family and her new family member, a young Bernese mountain dog. She loves her garden, nature and the mountains and enjoys exercising.

As HR & Marketing Manager, Finja combines her organisational skills and strong social skills with specialist knowledge from relevant professional experience and her current studies in business informatics.

As a sports enthusiast, she enjoys various activities such as tennis, jogging and other sporting activities and, as an adrenaline junkie, she likes to get a kick out of things like bungee jumping.

In her free time, Finja, who was born in Hamburg, enjoys spending time in her home town with her friends and family.

Gianni Lepore started his own business more than 10 years ago when he founded what is now Ironforge Consulting AG. Previously, he worked for renowned public and private companies as project manager and consultant and managing director. His more than 2 decades of work experience in various industries and positions enable him, as an interface between IT and management, to successfully execute projects and at the same time to continuously develop and optimize Ironforge Consulting AG. Despite all his professionalism, Gianni always remains human, whether as a leader, decision-maker or consultant. Gianni loves what he does and is convinced that joy and humor at work are also essential components for achieving the goals set. In addition, Gianni has been constantly educating himself: Based on his BA in Business Administration, he has, among others, an MBA, CAS-IS, IPMA B and most recently SAFe and Acta Nova. In his spare time, his wife and three daughters keep him busy and he stays fit with fitness and martial arts.

Igor has just moved to Switzerland from Berlin. As a business analyst at Materna, he has already gained a lot of experience in the world of consulting. Agile or classic approaches to projects are not only his daily business, but were also the central question of his thesis at the University of Greifswald. As a business administration student, his relationship with IT began at the Gesellschaft zur Förderung angewandter Informatik.

Working according to Scrum, recording requirements and organising workshops were therefore already very important alongside his studies. In his free time, he enjoys doing sport and cooking - perfect for the next IF Crazy Kitchen Club!

Iris completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics with a specialisation in Business Data Analytics and Project Management at Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH) while working. As IT Coordinator at the Executive Office of the City of Bern, she coordinated the operational IT matters of 13 departments and the city's IT department. Her central position also enabled her to coordinate and help shape various projects and the programme for the introduction of MS365 at the City of Bern. As part of her final thesis at BFH, she was able to develop use cases in connection with existing data in a first step with the Civil Engineering Department of the City of Bern. She was then able to develop one of these use cases for her bachelor's thesis. To do this, she developed a methodology for the Civil Engineering Office that combined agile project management and design thinking. She cleaned up the selected data and visualised it for the management using Tableau. The methodology and the visualisation of data for internal purposes are now being used at the Civil Engineering Office of the City of Bern.

Iris is a winter sports enthusiast, generally enjoys spending time in the mountains and has recently discovered freediving for herself.

Jana supports us with her expertise as Senior IT Consultant & Deputy Team Leader (Project Services Bern).

She has already been involved in various projects and has successfully implemented and managed them. Over the past 5 years, she has supported the German state and federal administration in the conception of online applications, in the digitalisation of the legislative process and in the data protection and security-compliant implementation of platforms. Jana enjoys familiarising herself deeply with new technical topics in projects and working in a team to develop optimal solutions for the customer.

Outside of work, Jana is a keen triathlete.

Jasmin completed an apprenticeship as a retail trade specialist followed by a vocational baccalaureate. This was followed by a bachelor's degree in business administration at the Bern University of Applied Sciences with a specialisation in public and non-profit management. Jasmin then completed a university internship at the Federal Office of Information Technology, Systems and Telecommunication (FOITT), where she gained her first experience of agile project management. This was followed by a Master of Business Administration at the BFH. At the same time, she worked at Novo Business Consultants AG as an IT project assistant, where her project management skills were deepened. In 2021, she spent an exchange semester in Daejon - South Korea at the Solbridge International School of Business. After successfully completing her Master's degree, another internship followed as Project Portfolio Manager at Swissgrid AG. Most recently, Jasmin worked as a marketing assistant for Circus Knie for one tour.

In her free time, Jasmin loves to read, travel and solve tricky puzzles. She has also been devoting herself to the Japanese martial art of Kendo for some time.

Jean is a classically trained musician and has worked in the IT world as a career changer for over 22 years. As a specialist in banking IT applications, he has done everything from operations to application management. Jean has worked as an operator and consultant in Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Monaco and Germany. He spends his free time with his family, music and on his bike.

Jörg is a trained Project Manager (Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B). He is certified in HERMES Foundation and Professional SCRUM Master. He is a certified fiduciary and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business Administration. In his project management career, he has successfully led numerous (interdisciplinary) projects to the finish line. In doing so, different development and project methods were applied. Methods and process models such as agile software development, SDLC, waterfall model etc. are well known to him from his more than 30 years of practice. He is familiar with public procurement law. In his free time, he can be found on extended mountain tours in the Swiss mountains.

Kay has always worked in public administration, from the time she joined the workforce until her last permanent position: From her training as a commercial employee EFZ at the municipal administration to employment at the cantonal unemployment office to her work for the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI). In addition to her part-time position at the IPI, she completed her bachelor's degree at the FHNW in International Management with a specialisation in Digital Business and Value Networks. As her interest in digitalisation was not completely satisfied even with this specialisation, she then decided to study a further Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the BFH.

In her free time, Kay often ventures out on a board, be it a snowboard, skateboard or surfboard. Due to her passion for surfing, she has already undertaken longer trips to surfing areas in Mexico, Costa Rica and Brazil. Fittingly, she combined her passion with her thirst for knowledge during an exchange semester in Portugal.

Kijany has nearly 10 years of professional experience in the federal administration. During that time, she acquired a particularly deep expertise in GEVER. Her quick comprehension enables her to quickly pick up the needs of customers and analyze them accordingly. It is important to her to find the best solution for the customer in every respect; she owes the achievement of this goal to her ambition. Her calm, professional and convincing manner is always appreciated by customers. A logical and structured way of working is natural for Kijany and just as important as flexible and independent working. She completed her bachelor's degree in business law at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. In this course of study, she not only acquired a great deal of knowledge, but was also able to expand her methodological and social skills. Kijany likes to spend her free time with friends, her dog and is often out in nature.

Lavanja has extensive project experience in public administration, non-profit organizations as well as in offshoring projects. She has already successfully managed both classic and agile projects in her role as project manager.

Lavanja started her professional career with a commercial apprenticeship, but felt the desire for new challenges. Therefore, she decided to complete a bachelor's degree in business informatics as a part-time student. At the same time, she worked as a project assistant at the Swiss Red Cross, which gave her valuable practical experience.

After completing her studies, she successfully led numerous IT projects to completion as a project manager. Afterwards, Lavanja was employed by Erni for three years as a project manager and is Hermes, Scrum Master and Product Owner certified.

She enjoys to spend her spare time with her family and travelling the world.

Manuel has been working at Ironforge Consulting AG since 2012 and is responsible for accounting, payroll and taxes. As the man in the background, he sees his job as making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Since 2017, he has also been a fiduciary with a federal certificate. In his free time, you can find him on the soccer field or in a Crossfit box.

Marc recently moved from Germany to Switzerland. With his degree in Business Informatics at the University of Mannheim, he will now be a strong supporter of Ironforge.

As an Enterprise Architect, Marc has already gained several years of experience in various areas of the public sector. In particular, he was able to demonstrate and continuously develop the knowledge he gained during his studies in projects at state level, as well as in the health and defence sectors. As a sub-project manager in these projects, he strengthened the architecture development of the digitalisation projects. Thanks to his experience as an enterprise architect, he can quickly empathise with complex technical issues and thus identify well-founded solutions that contribute to the success of the project by taking a holistic view of the project.

Marc enjoys spending his free time in the mountains, whether on skis or on foot. He finds sporting fulfilment in regular jogging or playing table tennis.

After studying economics and business administration at the University of Bern, Marcel started his career in the banking industry, where he gained his first project management experience. He gained further experience as a project manager at a software developer, as a service manager at a large IT provider and most recently 11 years as a business analyst at an insurance company. In his work, he focuses on the needs of the customer or user in order to find the best possible and feasible solution. Continuing education is important to him, both professionally (CAS Requirements Engineering) and privately, where he has trained as a systemic coach. In his free time, he enjoys discovering new travel destinations, going on photo trips with one of his cameras, or practicing and teaching Qigong and Aikido.

Markus is by his professional training business economist (Betr Oec FH) and has a wealth of experience. In his career he had insight in different functions in wholesale, logistics, insurance, industrial & commercial manufacturing, IT services sector and public administration (canton and federal). His heart beats for business analysis and requirements engineering, he describes himself as a 'customer understanding' and simultaneous translator between IT and the demand side. He is a self-confessed fan of stakeholder lists and clear definitions of terms. In his private life, Markus enjoys his two grandchildren, likes to go out mountain biking (in the past more than today), is interested in alternative energy technologies and, as a passionate hobby cook, can always be found at the stove, where he likes to experiment with spices.

Marlene has been supporting the administrative area at Ironforge Consulting AG as well as marketing and communication since 2023. She completed a BSc degree in Business, Economics and Social Sciences with a focus on Economics in Vienna, during which time she worked for five years in a consumer protection organization. She has a wide range of interests and also likes to dive into different fields of activity.

In her private life she likes to spend time in the mountains and to travel, which finally brought her to Switzerland. In her part-time job, she is also committed to Swiss journalism.

Medina has been working in the project environment since June 2021. As a university intern in the area of requirements engineering at the public administration, she was able to gain initial experience in various federal projects and put what she learned from her studies into practice. She successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and Business Analysis. Since 2015, Medina has regularly pursued work in both the private and public sectors. This has always focused on working with individuals of all functions. She quickly realized that good communication is a significant part of productivity and success. In her free time, Medina enjoys being outdoors and playing basketball and badminton. At home, she lovingly takes care of her pets or plays video games with people from all over the world.

Monika is an experienced Business Consultant(in) with focus on business analysis, requirements engineering, process management and lean management. Confident in agile as well as classic developments, with flair for people and technology. She has a broad expertise in telecommunications and management. After graduating from the Prague University of Economics, she used and purposefully developed her management and analysis skills in various roles at a large telecommunications company until she refocused on business & IT consulting a few years ago. She likes to spend her free time actively, with her family in nature or traveling, or strengthening her body and mind with Aikido.

As an electronics engineer with a focus on "digital electronics", Peter moved into Unix engineering a good 30 years ago via microprocessor programming. In this capacity, he worked for several years as an external Unix specialist, among others for large computer companies such as HP, Sun, Unisys, CSC and Compaq, both within and outside Switzerland. Parallel to the technical trainings, he has also steadily trained as an IT project manager and business IT specialist, moving from technical IT to IT project management. In 2009, he completed the IPMA B certification and has now been managing challenging IT projects as an overall project manager for over ten years. Lifelong learning is a central theme for Peter in his professional career. Therefore, he completed an EMBA in Leadership and Management in 2018.
As Peter enjoys passing on the knowledge he has acquired, he started as a trainer for Unix courses over 20 years ago. Today, he teaches Linux certification courses as well as Python programming and has also been a lecturer for Computer Scientists HF and Business Computer Scientists HF at the IFA since 2018.

Peter studied computer science and economics at the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich. After a long period in the military sector (data center, digital terrain data processing), where he gained early experience as a project manager, he moved to a Munich-based consulting firm, where he worked for several years on the development of the V-Model (German federal standard for IT projects, 'father' of HERMES). After numerous adaptations of the V-Modell - such as for the entire Federal Finance Administration in Germany and for the Zürcher Kantonalbank ("VM-ZKB") - Peter worked for the ISB as a coach and co-author in the development of HERMES.

For the past 25 years, Peter has been an independent management consultant and coach, supporting organizational managers, project owners and project leaders in their tasks in the areas of procedure and process design, project control and project management, as well as risk management and quality management (Quality Auditor, ISO 9001). In parallel, Peter has been involved in the Swiss Federal Tax Administration over the past years, most recently as the person responsible for project management at the FTA. Peter is co-author of the guide "Agile HERMES 5". With his many years of broad experience, Peter reliably contributes to the improvement of our clients' organization and to the minimization of risks and the efficient achievement of their project goals within the given quality, time and cost framework.

In his private life, Peter likes to be active in the mountains, and he is creatively active with painting and music, playing the piano himself.

After studying computer science at the University of Bern, Peter Trachsel worked for the companies IBM, UNISYS and DEC. In 1993, he moved to the federal administration and built up the ICT security division at the then Federal Office of Information Technology (OFI). From 1999 to 2005, he was program manager of the successful ICT reorganization program NOVE-IT. From 2008, he held the post of Deputy Director of the ICT Steering Body of the Confederation (FSUIT). Since his age-related retirement in March 2020, he has been a senior consultant at Ironforge. His field of activity is project management and strategic ICT consulting. In his spare time, Peter is an avid hobby jazz pianist and alumni soccer player.

Philipp is characterized by his upbeat, success-oriented manner, as well as his technical know-how as a consultant. The way is the goal: for him, not only the successful completion of a project counts, but also a successful, constructive cooperation with the customer, whereby a pinch of humor may not be missing. The combination of professional skills and interpersonal aspects fascinate Philipp in his job and motivate him to improve every day and to get the best out of every project. In his free time, Philipp plays sports almost every day, enjoys playing the guitar and acquires new skills in ICT as often as possible.

Raffael Cellana completed a three-year commercial apprenticeship with a professional baccalaureate at the major Swiss bank UBS Switzerland AG in Zurich. After successfully completing his training, he worked for four years as a consultant in retail banking and as an assistant in Wealth Management International. In between, he completed military service as a reconnaissance officer in the armored forces and, after completing officer school, holds the rank of lieutenant. In September 2019, Raffael Cellana began full-time studies in the field of business informatics at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences ZHAW, including a semester abroad in San Francisco. In this degree program, he was able to complement the experience he had already gained in the fields of finance and business administration with new technical disciplines in computer science. In addition to his studies, other professional positions followed, such as assistant in the property insurance company division at Allianz Suisse. In his free time, Raffael Cellana enjoys sports, is a passionate cook and can be found traveling from time to time.

Roberto Santovito, along with Gianni Lepore, is a veteran of Ironforge Consulting AG. He learned computer science from scratch and after his apprenticeship as a computer scientist, he continued to develop through all disciplines. The logical steps on the basis of his user knowledge was the training as an IT project manager and then as a business IT specialist HF, currently also SAFe and Acta Nova. At the same time, he was able to deepen and apply his expertise as an IT specialist in a wide variety of projects and gain management experience. With more than 10 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis, he now has project management and IT skills on expert level. Roberto brings teams to peak performance through his high social competence and always remains human as a leader. His achievements were recognized in 2020 with the new position as Business Manager and COO. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and two children, is politically engaged and enjoys sports.

Sandra has gained valuable experience in many areas, which she has always brought back to her jobs. Her networked thinking enables her to quickly discover new opportunities. In a time of rapid change, this is how the best solutions are found. Teamwork is very important to her, because together you can achieve more than each person individually. Sebastian supports business development at Ironforge Consulting AG and is responsible for HR. He is always looking for suitable new members for the Ironforge family - project managers, consultants, GEVER specialists, etc. After completing his Master's degree in Economics at Lake Constance and a stint in Zurich, he joined the Ironforge family in Bern in spring 2019. Sebastian loves to spend his free time together with his family and friends as well as playing music.

Simon completed an apprenticeship as a retail specialist and then a commercial vocational baccalaureate. After completing his bachelor's degree in business informatics at the ZHAW, he worked for 5 years at the Swiss department stores' company Manor as a business analyst. There he was able to gain good experience in classic as well as agile project methods and build up sound knowledge in the areas of business analysis and testing. He also successfully held the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master. Through the CAS in Agile Requirements Engineering, he was able to further deepen his knowledge of agile approaches. Simon is motivated by analysing problems together with customers and developing sustainable solutions to bring projects to a successful conclusion. In his free time, Simon enjoys being out in nature, reading and volunteering in children's and youth work.

Stefan Gschwend is a Senior Project Manager with an NDS-HF Corporate Management and holds an IPMA Level C certification. He has been managing challenging projects in the federal environment for years, mainly in sensitive areas at DDPS and Fedpol. His experience has taught him to always keep the overview in hectic situations and that project management is always also stakeholder management. Behind every task there is a person and it is important to involve them to ensure success. Due to his expertise in the network and Windows environment, he can communicate with technicians at eye level and get them on board. The same applies to department heads and clients, communicating at the right level is a basic requirement for project success. His project management skills are up to date with certifications in Hermes, IPMA and ITIL. Stefan's other passions include energy work, animals and music. He enjoys spending his free time in nature and with his family and friends.

As a trained computer scientist, Sukeinthan has in-depth knowledge of both application development and systems engineering. After completing his apprenticeship, he trained as a business IT specialist HF and gained his first experience in project management through this training. In 2022, he successfully completed the "CAS Project Management for Advanced Professionals" course at Bern University of Applied Sciences, where he further deepened his knowledge of project management.

In the past, Sukeinthan also gained experience as a business analyst at the archipelago, where he acted as the interface between the specialist area and IT. For the last four years, he worked as a senior project manager at the Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics. There he was able to successfully manage nationwide projects of great complexity.

In his spare time, Sukeinthan enjoys reading mangas and watching anime.

Tamara Tavčar has over 10 years of professional experience in information technology (ICT) & consulting. She has worked and continues to work in various programs and projects as a project/subproject manager and head of program and project offices. Her focus is on project, risk, quality and process management and controlling. Tamara Tavčar is characterized by the fact that she is able to quickly familiarize herself with new projects due to her quick grasp of the subject and that she is able to flexibly respond to a wide variety of customer requirements at any time due to her persevering, goal-oriented manner. In addition to her postgraduate studies NDS HF as a certified project manager, she is certified in project management (HERMES / IPMA). She devotes most of her free time to her animals.

As a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), he knows the threats and vulnerabilities used by attackers to infiltrate systems, steal data and bypass security mechanisms. Based in Zurich but traveling all over Switzerland, Tobias is at your side with his know-how as a consultant and for IT projects to make your IT and business processes more secure.

As Business Development Manager, Tomas Tujkic combines his strong social skills in dealing with his fellow human beings with sound professional knowledge from both many years of professional experience and his M.Sc. in economics. For Ironforge, he is always on the lookout for people who want to pursue their work with fun and motivation, responding to individual needs and expectations with his transparent and empathetic manner and showing the appropriate appreciation for each individual. In his free time, Tomas likes to travel, as he enjoys making new contacts, getting to know different cultures, but also simply enjoys a change of scenery and clearing his head. As a sports enthusiast, he devotes himself to various activities and can often be found either on his bike or on the tennis courts.

Yannic completed his bachelor's degree in business informatics with a focus on project management at the University of Applied Sciences in Bern on a part-time basis. In the process, he was able to immediately apply the knowledge he had gained in the areas of project management, business analysis and data analysis in practice at Frutiger AG and gain a lot of experience in the process. In doing so, he was able to optimally apply his determination and organisational talent and play to his strengths as a team player.

In his free time, he likes to spend time on his motorbike, whether on the road or on the motocross track. At the same time, he plays sports every day and is an ambitious badminton player.
